We voted

Tyler and I got up at the crack of dawn to go stand in line to do our part and vote for the next president and to also vote to keep marriage between man and woman.

We sat in the car this morning waiting for the engine to warm up and said a prayer on behalf of our country and it's future leaders. All I can think about while emotions run through me today is the importance that this day has for the future of the United States of America. Setting
aside political parties and the outcome of the elections, our God IS and ALWAYS WILL BE in control. God is our commander and chief.

God Bless America. Go out and vote!

On a side note, here are some pictures taken from this past weekend. My mother and I made patriotic sugar cookies!

This blog is the beginning of my journey to getting my body back in shape like it was the day I married. I created this blog while I was pregnant with my third child, dreaming of my favorite blue jeans and a belt.
