We had a terrific father's day weekend spent over on the east coast with my mom and dad. We spent Saturday at their pool that was just refinished. This time around my parents had turtle tiles put into the concrete of the pool. It looks awesome! Saturday afternoon my mother and I went shopping and bought Carson his outfit to wear on his birthday. Have I ever told you how big of a fan I am of Baby Gap? Cute little boy stuff is hard to come by, but at Baby Gap, they have the cutest little boy outfits. Moving on, my parents had a charity event to attend Saturday night so we had the night to ourselves to visit our friends Shands and Shanna. They have a newborn baby, Mayer that was born 6 weeks early, the cutest littlest baby I've ever seen or held! On our way to see Shanna and Shands we ended up having dinner with Stephanie and Gerald Barr. LONG STORY. They live in Bowling Green, KY but were down in Melbourne on vacation. It just so happened to be Garrett's birthday so we were fortunate to eat dinner with the Barr family that night and watch Garrett dive into his cupcake! We had a great night. Sunday, we went to church then went to brunch with my parents. Went back to the house, swam in the pool for a little bit then packed up to drive home. Carson slept the entire drive home. What a weekend! So blessed to spend it with two AMAZING dads!
