Do you want to change your world, for the good?

For the next couple of weeks we'll be focusing on having a "Less of self and more for others."

Today we begin step 1:
Express yourself, by using your words. Your kind words. For the next week, every single day, tell at least one person how you feel about them. Compliment them.
